Step 9:
Duplicate the small gradient rectangle five times and set them up next to each other.

Step 10:
Next to the rectangles add the curve design, download the psd here.

Step 11:
Now add small rectangles on each button for that extra detail.

Step 12:
Below the screen start designing the stand, in a new layer create a rectangle with123×13 px dimensions and #98A1A8 color shade.

Then modify the perspective of the rectangle through Edit > Transform > Perspective. When the transform points appear on the rectangle, drag one of the bottom corner to create the exact perspective shown on the picture below.

Step 13:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your perspective rectangle layer.

Step 14:
With all the blending options added to the perspective rectangle layer you should now have something like this below.

Step 15:
Now create a rectangle with 56×44 px dimensions and #A4ADB6 color shade on the center of the monitor touching both the screen and the bottom design.

Step 16:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your perspective rectangle layer.

Step 17:
With all the blending options added to the rectangle layer from the last couple of step you should now have something like this below.

Step 18:
Now if you want to add a design on the screen, in a new layer add your desired design cropped in 366 x 208 dimensions. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow blending option.

Results:
